About Starex Institute of Education
The Starex Institute of Education is an Institute of Education Affiliated to M.D.U (Maharshi Dayanand University) Rohtak Haryana offering B.Ed & D.El.Ed programmes recognized by the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teacher Education) New Delhi. It is being established to deliver high quality training for teachers. The Institute is being run under the aegis of Starex Education Society Binola, -Gurugram Haryana-122413 that are in the field of education since the last two decades.
B.Ed
- Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the bachelor Degree &/ or in the Master’s Degree or any other Qualification recognized as equivalent there to are eligible for admission to the Programmer.
- 47.5% marks for SC/ST candidates of Haryana State only.

D.El.Ed
- Candidates with at least 50% marks in Sr. Secondary (10+2) from B.S.E.H, Bhiwani or its equivalent examination with five subjects including passed English as one of the subject.
- There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks at Sr. Secondary level for Scheduled Cast (SC), Backward Classes (BC) & Differently abled candidates. Further said 5% relaxation means at least 47.5% marks(50X50/100 i.e. 2.5=47.5%) as clarified by the Apex Court in its Judgment dated 18.09.2011 cited in 2012(1) RSJ-64 in civil appeal no. 7084 of 2011 title as V.P. Indiresan V/S Union of India & others. However, the said relaxation shall not be admission to SBC & EBCP in the General cast category.
